Short Stay Pricing is a business of John Lennard, ABN 33 643 117 077. This page explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- When you ask for a free RevPAR check: your listing link, your email and the figures you enter in the calculator.
- When you sign up: the details in our agreement (your name, business, contact details, PriceLabs email, listings and minimum prices), collected and signed through PandaDoc. Your card is saved with Stripe for our monthly fees. We never see or keep your full card number.
- While we work for you: the booking, pricing and revenue data in your PriceLabs account.
- When you visit this site: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may use cookies or similar technology through the Meta pixel, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
How we use it
- To answer you, deliver our service, send your statements and charge our fees.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run ours: PriceLabs, PandaDoc, Stripe, Google (our email), Make (which handles our website forms) and Meta (our advertising), or where the law requires it.
We never pass your details to Hobart Short Stay Management unless you tick the box in our agreement saying you're happy to hear from them.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@shortstaypricing.com. You can control ad cookies in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
